Mark Cianciolo
Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, PAR Government
Mark Cianciolo joined PAR Government in January of 2008 following a 31-year military career. Mr. Cianciolo has extensive executive level leadership experience leading communications and information technology organizations in support of global operations. His vision and subject matter expertise in strategic planning, global operations, information/knowledge management and business process development has resulted in the successful transformation of several organizations into highly efficient, customer oriented, professional enterprises that have set the standard within their industry.
Since joining PAR Government, Mr. Cianciolo spearheaded the planning, organizational design and implementation of the Corporation's very first Operations Department. Under his leadership, the Operations Department’s core mission and purpose was established as well as the necessary performance standards, business processes and infrastructure essential to assure peak performance and customer retention on all current and future technical service contracts. In August 2011, Mr. Cianciolo was promoted to Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, and is responsible for meeting the growth objectives of PAR Government's Strategic and Annual Operating Plan.
Mr. Cianciolo has three advanced Degrees, an M.S. in Business Management, an M.S. in Operations, and an M.A. in National Security Strategy and Strategic Studies.
