Stephen LynchStephen P. Lynch presently holds the position of President of PAR Government – comprised of PAR Government Systems Corporation, Rome Research Corporation and PAR Technology Australia Proprietary Limited, serving customers throughout the world in the areas of Communications, IT Support Services and Applied Technology.

Mr. Lynch joined PAR Government in 2006 as the Executive Vice President where he applied his transformational leadership skills and business acumen to the analysis of the PAR Government business. His vision, leadership and planning skills have provided a heightened impetus for penetration and technology transfer into new and emerging markets within IT Technical Services and Applied Technology; while expanding our market share and reputation as a contractor of choice within the extremely competitive DoD Communications sector.

Mr. Lynch has proven himself to be adept at improving organizational performance, developing efficient cross-functional teams, establishing and guiding organizations to accomplishing ambitious goals and leveraging his strong fiscal skills to control costs while leading both top and bottom line growth.

Mr. Lynch’s detailed and results-oriented leadership style, coupled with his strong inter-personal skills, have created an environment in which employees of all levels have embraced organizational change with enthusiasm and anticipation.

Upon graduation from Dowling College, Mr. Lynch completed a twenty-eight year career as a United States Marine Corps officer with a strong emphasis on operational Command, Control, Communication and Intelligence in support of various Marine Corps missions throughout the world. During his military career, Mr. Lynch enjoyed great success as an organizational change leader serving in several important command and staff positions, most notably as the Aide-de-Camp to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as the Chief of Staff on two separate occasions for the First and Second Marine Aircraft Wings. Along the way, he also completed an M.B.A. Degree from Boston University and an M.S. Degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
